Scope
This policy applies when you browse this site, create or track an order, follow payment instructions, receive fulfillment, contact support or request after-sales handling. Third-party sites and services process information under their own policies.
Information we process
Order and contact data may include the email address you enter, the order query password, selected product, order status and contact information you voluntarily provide to support.
Payment, fulfillment and after-sales records may include payment verification results, delivery or activation progress, refunds and support communications.
Provide only the non-login information explicitly requested by the selected product. We do not ask for a Claude or email password, one-time code, recovery code, session, token, browser cookie or email security link.
Analytics and advertising tools may process device and visit data, referral information and sanitized campaign identifiers, including UTM parameters and supported advertising click identifiers. If the browser supplies an external referrer URL, we retain the URL and query parameters actually supplied with it after removing URL fragments. Referrers containing embedded username or password information are rejected in full. First-party, malformed, unsafe or overlong referrers are also rejected. A search-engine query is derived only when the trusted host, results path and keyword parameter match the allowlist; it is an unverified browser observation, and data the browser did not send cannot be recovered.
How the information is used
We use the information to create and retrieve orders, verify payment, fulfill the selected service, provide support, protect the site and orders, investigate abuse or fraud, measure campaign performance and improve the service.
Necessary service providers
Payment verification, email, cloud infrastructure, customer support, analytics or fulfillment providers may process the minimum information needed to perform their role. We do not sell personal information.
Google processes analytics and advertising data under its own terms. If a visit arrives through a Microsoft Advertising link, Microsoft processes the relevant advertising data under its own terms. Supporting the Microsoft click identifier (msclkid) does not mean a campaign is active or that order outcomes are sent back to Microsoft Advertising.
Retention
Browser-side attribution records may remain valid for up to 90 days and are cleared after expiry on a later visit. Order, payment, fulfillment, after-sales, audit and backup records may be retained for the period needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable requirements.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. We verify the request against the order before acting. Records needed for an active order, a dispute, fraud prevention, audit, backup cycles or applicable requirements may not be removed immediately; support will explain the applicable boundary.
